Three New XBLA Titles Available Tomorrow

Tuesday, May 01, 2007 - 10:17:32 EST

Remember a few months back when the Xbox Live Arcade was barren with new releases? Microsoft even admitted to the lack of titles and promised to make it up to us in the coming months. With titles like Jetpac Refuelled and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night filling out the ranks, one has to admit Xbox Live is looking up. Such is the case this week where there will be a grand total of three (two are within one) new Xbox Live Arcade titles for download.

Catan, Centipede and Millipede will be available, as always, on Wednesday morning. While these aren’t the most exciting titles to be released on XBLA (Geometry Wars anyone?), being that these three games are remakes and not just ports (original versions are included though)does make buying them a little more justifiable. Hell we all know the completeists will be eating these up. As for me, I’ve always enjoyed some Centipede and experiencing it again with high def graphics can’t hurt.
